WORST INSURANCE EVER

I think this must be the WORST insurance we have EVER had!! We put in a claim for a tree that fell on our and the Neighbours wall with the storms in Feb .. They came out to fix it, but the insurance had no record of it being fixed??? I phoned in and they send people to me??? Then they phone me and say i must send thru the invoices for what we paid?? Hallloooooo, it is your people that you send out?

Then we put in another claim for out cottage roof that got damaged during the rains also... And they dont pay!! We get an outside person to come and fix this, and they say that the damage is not nerely as bad as what the assessor said from Auto& General and this guy asked who are we insured with... so we said Auto & General.. and he even said that THEY WILL MAKE UP ANYTHING NOT TO PAY!!

So if i can warn anyone, DO NOT GET INSURED WITH AUTO & GENERAL!! They just take your money & are not prepared to pay for any damages..

We are not people that claim for just anything, so this experience has really left a bad taste in our mouths.
