Worst Insurance-4 months without a vehicle still in "Repairs"
I was involved in accident on the 04 December 2023 I provided all the required information that was requested and the claim was approved. Today is marks 4 months without a vehicle. I called the panel beater to find out the status on repairs they are unable to provide an update or locate my vehicle . I have not received a single update from Insurance. Auto & General has failed me as a client Put yourself in my shoes not having a vehicle for 4 months and no one is unable to provide me an update. I will also be sending an email to the CEO regarding the service and how they are treating clients.

10 Apr 2024, 11:22I just received a call from the Panel beater requesting that I need to bring the second key as the Engine was taken out to be recon by the Engineer. I've been without a car 4 months the vehicle is badly damaged in front and the chassis is damaged. My insurance company decided to repair the vehicle ,they ordered a new computer box, the vehicle was only sent to the Recon Engineering last week. Auto & General they don't care about their clients have not treated me fairly as their client. The panel beater won't be liable should or take responsibility should I have future problems with the vehicle. I will escalate the matter further.
