WORST EXTENDED WARRANT EVER...!!!!!!!!

I have a 2018 Ford Everest. I got an Extended Warranty in July 2024. I have a claim for a faulty Drive Shaft. I was informed that because of my vehicle age and mileage this will not be covered. HOW CAN THIS BE...? I then supp**** all the required details of vehicle age and mileage, but now you refuse to pay for my repair. It's all good and well your policy shows UNLIMITED repairs, but when it comes to claiming you do not pay. If my vehicle age and mileage was a problem why was I not informed of this when I signed my policy??? This is false advertising. Thus if I have any other claim I will just be informed of the same excuse from A&G? I have never experienced such shocking blatant lying from an insurance company ever.!!! Please contact me so I may cancel my policy and get a refund for the months where I was supposedly covered but in actual fact not.
