Worst experience, horrible service from Fatima

I am currently experiencing the worst experience with this company after being a loyal customer for 2 years , claim free. It has been 3 months now trying to get them to fix a mere scratch, their scratch and dent department is horrible. if they are failing on a minor scratch imagine a write off?… so expensive yet so unreliable!!
