Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever: this is a complimentary insurance offered to me through Toyota. It was not an easy process, after filling out all the forms then another phone call of nearly an hour to verify things, a lot of irrelevant questions also. Then right at the end I’m told no one under 21 may drive the car, which is contrary to the documents and forms that were sent to me. Excess is ridiculously high. I will cancel this insurance and rather use my own insurer.
