Worse insurance company ever

The most useless insurance company of note.

Running from pillar to post with my claim(18 days after the incident) I'm sitting in the dark on the direction of my claim. I am Car-less and frustrated over a very minor accident that could be done in a few days; always have to dig out for feedback, claim managers not helpful, the assessors lying about the assessment and claiming the damage is less than the excess so that you can give up on the claim.

The most traumatizing and frustrating experience of my life.
