When is a break in to your property not a break in
At approximately 0200 hrs the electric fence adjacent to the garage was pulled down. The perpetrators climbed over the wall , entered the garage setting off the house alarm and made of with a few items. According to Auto and General this does not constitute a break in to the property. because no door, or window was broken the event did not take place!! BEWARE you may be under the mis-apprehension (as i was) that your property is covered make sure you read the small print...
