I needed to load a windscreen claim this afternoon on behalf of my brother in law, he has a hearing problem and struggles to hear when he speaks over the phone as his hearing aids cause an interference, Chantal assisted and made the process easy. I explained the situation and had no hassles, I am really impressed with the way in which this was handled.
