We have been AandG customers since 2016 for our home and vehicle insurance in South Africa. Its service – such as questions about our policy – has been very good. I do need to commend a particular agent, though – our credit card wasn’t working and Naadhirah Shaikh responded to my general email to customer service. She worked diligently to resolve our credit card issue and then reviewed our policy very thoroughly. Because of her kindness, we now feel comfortable that our coverage is as solid as can be… and our premium has been reduced due to her investigation!
