12 Nov 2025, 13:21I was hijacked at gunpoint (nearly lost my life) and I lost my vehicle as auto and gen is my insurance. I appealed for assistance a women named Pamela Alexander from Telesure was asigned to assess my claim. Her treatment was unjust and discriminating as to how I was treated by her while I was in a traumatic experience.
