Warranty insurance claim

I have a warranty insurance with A&G. The insurance is making excuses when they are suppose to process my claim they took me from pillar to post. The money gets debited every month but they are not willing to repair my car. People have been saying that the warranty insurance are not doing what they are suppose to do. I logged the claim on the 9th March 2025 and I didn't get any service or help to fix my car. My car it has been stripped and now is not driveable I have to fix it by myself. Please help me with the matter to be sorted
