Warning Against Telesure Underwritten Insurance Companies

I strongly advise against falling for the Auto and General adverti*****ts or joining any insurance company underwritten by Telesure. I had an unfortunate accident and submitted a claim to Auto and General while providing all the necessary information. However, after conducting their investigations, they denied my claim on the basis that I was driving over the speed limit. I reactivated my tracker account and was able to retrieve the trip report from Cartrack, which showed that I was driving within the speed limit, but Auto and General (Telesure) still rejected my claim, claiming that the tracker information was inaccurate and invalid. What confuses me is why they would use tracker information to dismiss claims only to disregard it as irrelevant in my case. I have been referred to their Adjudicator, but I feel like it's just a tactic to waste my time and frustrate me further. I implore you to be cautious and avoid joining institutions underwritten by Telesure. They might reject your claim and drag out the process just to win the case. This experience has caused me immense stress, and I am grateful for the support of those around me as my doctor even had to prescribe sleeping pills. I cannot imagine how much worse it would have been if I had been in a weaker state.
