Waiting over 12 months to get excess back
I've been waiting for more than a year to get my excess back. Someone drove into the back of me and I was told to pay it as it will be recovered from the 3rd party. Every time I call they say the person dealing with my request isn't there but will call me back. Last week I found out that person isn't working there anymore but the new person will contact me with an update. I'm still waiting.
