waited for 2 hours no one came out

Disappointed, i called for 3 times also had someone call the emergency number for roadside assistant no one came out, For 1hr 30mins i stood alone in parking lot as female i expected seeing that im paying insurance and never ever claimed that auto and general would assist me. Never the less in the 1hr 30min i stood there one contacted me to see if i was ok pathetic anything could have happened. I kept on getting messages ref no has been assigned. and no one came out. i then had to contact my own tow services and pay this person upfront. had i not done that i would've still been standing there. <br> I fail to understand why am i paying insurance to a company that cant assist me at. its ridiculous that i had to wait to find out the dispatcher gave the Tow service the wrong address had she been in contact with me she would got the right info. i want my cash that i paid for a private towing service because auto and general just never came out ended up waiting 2 hours later still no call eventually when i got home after 9 the tow service calls me really? disgusted at call centre for not training their stuff to speak correctly to their customer. i will no longer want to be associated with AG
