Very efficient annual review process with Alicia. In addition to that I was the previous month very negatively affected by the thunderstorms and rain in Gauteng. Auto & General honoured all my claims. Only area where improvement is required is with the assessment process with Digicall. This process remains slow. But overall very satisfied with the service I am receiving.
