Very disappointed, insulted angered for the 5th year in a row to have my premiums increased by nearly 25percent on top of having my excesses increased

Very disappointed, insulted angered for the 5th year in a row to have my premiums increased by nearly 25percent on top of having my excesses increased. It’s truly pathetic for a company that claims to value its customers (per the call centre script). However, my complaint appears to have been dealt with fairly and swiftly by the consultant.
