Very Disappointed and hurt

I would never recommend anyone to use Auto & general mechanical insurance/warranty. We pay for an "unlimited" premium, this is our second claim and there is nothing "unlimited" about this premium. Our first claim the quote was around R27k and they paid only around R14k, paying only for the flywheel and oxygen sensor because according to them the gearbox is wear and tear that's why they couldn't fix it. Now this is the second claim for the mechatronic, the quote was around R30k and they are saying they will only pay around R14k because apperently they cannot fix/pay for 2 parts/units at the same time, then why did they pay for 2 units the first time. What I have noticed is that the is nothing unlimited about this premium... Hurt and disappointed is an under statement. We pay alot of money for this premium to always having them find loopholes so they can pay only R14k, they should let us know that we our premium covers only R14k not not unlimited if that is the case.
