Very Disappointed.

I submitted a claim around October/November 2023, I have phoned the number given to me to have the car repaired thrice but they never return my calls. I have left about 5 messages on the auto and general app but absolutely no response. I have always raved about the excellent service received from auto and general but not it appears I was wrong.
