Verbally abusive consultants.

By far the worst companie I have ever delt with. Involved in a accident with one of their clients, that I dont just need to heal from the reckless driving from the client (who by fault of the insurance companie is now being ********y investigated for reckless indagerment due to he believed the matter was handled and that auto and general paid out therefore his lie to Detective that made the detective want to peruse the case) and me the victim who has two dislocated ahoulders broken ribs, broken collerboan due to being resuscitated not to mention the mental damage after seeimg the vechil right before it smashed and drove over my passenger side, now claiming no video eveidance they refuse to help amd another call recieved today stating that we have no witnesses so they do not have to pay out. The constant verbal abuse from the consultants the accusation from the consultants now leaving me with more damage and my husband being so distraught by how people can be so degrading and insulting to protect their money not caring about their client who trusted them to handle situations the correct way and not one that can hurt him even more they failed so be very careful with this insurance company they do not protect their clients they protect themself no matter who els gets damaged in the prosses.
