Vehicle repairs claim over 3 months not done

I am a client of auto and general and it happened that I got a vehicle accident. I claimed during February 2024. My car was towed and taken to its panel beaters. Since from that time to date I didn't get a good service from the claims department. I am the one calling them as if I don't exist but month end the debit order runs. I am only getting messages from the panel beaters and it's the same message and the last I called I was promised that I will get my car after 17 may 2024 and same didn't happen. Auto and general failed to even contact me to date. I am so frustrated because I don't even know whether the panel beaters are fixing my car or not. This was a very bad service I ever got, I am not going to refer anyone because of the way I was treated
