Vehicle Incident - VUMISA WP March 2023.

I was involved in a vehicle accident on the 10 March 2023 round about 16h30 on my way home.

Starting with the Tow Truck Folami whom are registered with Auto & General...contacted A&G on my behalf to arranging towing of the vehicle from the scene, very helpful and knowledgable.

The next day a representative from A&G contacted me to assisting in registering the claim, very friendly, helpful and knowledgable, arranged for me a courtecy vehicle...the claim was registered and told me who will be dealing with my claim...Chevonne Percival.

Few minutes later Chevonne contacted me, gave me the claim number, advising me of the way forward including the Service Provider for a courtecy vehicle of which I fetched on Monday the 13 March 2023. She then told me that once the claim has been finalised, she will send me the quote and I shall be handed over to the Panel Shop and that happened; the quote was emailed to me on the 16 March 2023. I was constantly advised on every development.

On the 17 March 2023 the Panel Shop (Mullany's Auto Body) representative (Anthea) contacted me advising that my vehicle has been delivered to their workshop...sent me the breakdown or steps from stripping to finishing including ordering parts, assembly etc. Currently mobile for a month or until my vehicle is completed...whichever comes first.

On an overall this is what I term service at its best; I recommend A&G to all for a splendind service during trying times.
