Vehicle claim

I took a business insurance with them and had an accident on the 26th of March 2023, I did everything by the book, even submitted all the supporting documents they asked me for.

Three weeks along the line the claim is still with they're claim specialist they with no movement what so ever, they can't even give a time frame of when will the claim be finalized, for some who who really depend on the that to earn an income for his family this is totally unacceptable
