01 Nov 2019, 13:40please don't lie I have spoken to a few consultants but each time I have to repeat myself I was told that I would received a copy of the policy and voice recording but I have not received anything to date I actually cant understand why I have not received it as your company have been deducting money off my husbands account with no problem for 12 YEARS I am available to speak now but my phone rejects spam callers so you will need to keep try my a manager can call me personally to resolve this matter which I personally think is theft and I wonder how many other consumers are going throw this it disgusting
