Useless - Scratch and Dent cover!

I am deeply disappointed in the absolute horrific service I received from this scratch and dent service. I immediately phoned back the day the claim was rejected (in August 2017) and was told by the scratch and dent agent that if I can find a cheaper quote for less than R3000 then it can be covered. You don’t even know your own policy! Go listen to that call, yours calls are recorded so you can go listen to it. I’ve submitted this same claim for my door 3 times over the past 17 months (once in September 2016 and twice in 2017) I was never told once that you can’t log a new claim for the door. And you make me drive around to assessors and to panel beaters for nothing. And now all of a sudden when I get a cheaper quote I get told no, you've already submitted a more expensive one, when the guy clearly told me on the phone that if I get a cheaper quote it can be done!

I obviously regret taking this service as I could of just saved the R119 that I’ve been paying for more than 2 years and paid for the dent myself 

Take it from me and several other complaints DO NOT TAKE THE SCRATCH AND DENT COVER!
