Useless piece of **** company to insure your properties with

Apparently the policy for our structure of our investment property is USELESS. Our claim was rejected as there is no proof of storm damage. So in other words they have sufficient historical weather data to prove that there was no storms in a high rainfall area during a certain period in time as this is the only way to prove there was no storm.
