Useless Legal Team

I have been waiting for nearly 2 years for my excess to be recovered from an accident where someone rear-ended me in April 2016.

Every time I phone to check on the progress, I'm given the same story: "Sir, your claim is with our attorneys, they are handling it".

This morning I'm told that every time the attorneys try to phone the guy, he puts the phone down on them. What's the point in having a legal team if they don't know how to get to someone who puts the phone down on them? Surely it's expected that the guilty person will try to dodge?? You'd think, having studied law, that they'd have legal solutions to things like that..

I couldn't, with a clear conscience, recommend Auto And General to anyone. Unless you're prepared to forfeit any excess legally due to you. With their legal team, you don't have much hope in ever getting a result.
