Useless insurance

Good morning. I would like to expose Auto and general bad service. They deduct money from my account but now when i need assistance for a mechanical breakdown on my car they busy telling me they can't assist because i haven't done tge 4 point check on the car and its too late to do thst now. So y do they keep on deducting money when they cant assist when you need help.
