Useless insurance

I put the claim with out & general when I call them first ibwas like in court the consultant did not assist me I call again they register my claim few days later outo & general come back to me and declined the claim they told me that the qoute is R6360 and my access is R8640 so I'm must fixed my self what the use of paying them if I have to fixed it my self and on my side I have access waver so my access is 3640 not 8560 useless insurance I want to cancel it and I will take legal action again them they debit every month I almost has 2 year with them
