William Kenana, Auto and General value added services, this is the 15'th call I am flagging today!!!!

I am not interested in any of your offers.

I demand the following:

1. Please provide proof where I agreed to your communication to me on value added services. Failing so, I reserve my right to a legal claim for unsolicited contact under South African law.

2. As a client of Auto & General for quite some time now, please ensure customer care reaches out to me, as I would like to cancel all 3 vehicles and home contents insurance I have with you, as claims free client.

Enough is clearly not enough! You are harassing me with unsolicited calls at a time where I could be with my family.
