Unsatisfied with Tire and Rim insurance

I am not satisfied with the service I'm receiving from the insurance. I put in a claim for my tires and rim and it was their sales consultant that gave me the quote and now when the claim must be paid out its a problem

They acknowledged their mistake but still no payment. I have been chilling them for almost2 weeks and they keep saying they will call me but nothing
