Unsatisfied with the outcome
I took a retail value cover with auto and general. My car got written off and they told me they will only pay retail value excluding vat. When I asked how come they don’t pay me they retail value of the car. They told me they don’t cover vat. How do you pay something and not pay Vat whereas I paid Vat when I was buying the car?
