Unsatisfied Review for Auto & General for Car Insurance

I am not satisfied with the overall service from Auto & General. I am particularly unhappy with some of the offers provided, as they did not meet my expectations.

However, I would like to highlight and commend the consultant Fhumulani Nemahunguni who assisted me. He did an excellent job explaining the entire process clearly and professionally. His service was the only positive part of my experience, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into helping me understand everything.

Unfortunately, despite his great assistance, I remain unhappy with the offers presented by Auto & General on my resent insurance.
