24 april 2015 <br> Ph 1st time to request assistance with tire change 19:31<br> <br> Ph 2nd time, still no one came to assist & told me that 5 people were ph to assist, but can't as they were in cape town then asked if they can come the next morning, I said I was willing to wait for hour to come out tonight, 21:35 <br> <br> Tow guy ph for directions, I gave it to him 22:48<br> <br> Insurance ph to hear if the guy came out, told her yes.<br> Tow guy came to assist at 23:14. <br> <br> I waited for assistance from 19:31 until 23:14.
