Unreliable service provider

I am so disappointed with how auto and general did not honour our agreement by debiting the account on the date we didnt agree leaving me with no choice but to switch insurance as they acted ********* and not being reliable.And I believe you cancelled the debit order loaded as will not have time to spend requesting refund or reversal because this have negative impact on one's credit record.
