Unreliable service

They say they do it right the first time, this is a lie. I bumped the left from door of my car last year October, they took it to Auto magic in Boksburg and they did a cheap job on it, after a few months the door started opening while driving on the freeway, I called the insurance and they sent me back to Auto magic, where they didn't know what to do with my car, about a week later I was referred to ACD Panel beaters, where they managed to fix the issue, but broke the door handle cover in the process, I went back to the panel beater where I was told I they would organize the cover and then get back to me, that never happened. When I got back to Gauteng I called the guy (Paulus) that was handling my claim query and he told that he had been moved to a different department and he would get the claims manager to call me, that also never happened. Its been more than a year since the claim was lodged and I am still driving around with a broken door handle cover.
