Unreliable, ****ming unreachable insurance company

After registering a claim with the insurance company nobody follows up with u. I had to call everyday to enquire about the progress. Everytime I call them I'm being transferred to atleast 4 consultants. Still no reply. This morning I finally received a call from Nosipho to say my claim is not successful and was declined because the components are not covered by my policy. I have been paying for 2 years for a policy that doesn't benefit me. They don't have my email address so they can't communicate with me. My vehicle it's been by the dealership for 7days now. I'm now liable to pay for 7 days of storage including stripping of the vehicle. This insurance is a total **** and money laundering ****. I don't recommend them to anywhere. 🤧😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
