Unprofessional of call centre

I recently cancelled both my main insurance for my car and also for tyres and rims policy, because of the unprofessional that I received from auto and general, my account was debited twice and no one could even explain to me the reason, I tried to call them and they keep on saying they will get back to me and they never did until I decided to cancel the policy but that wasn’t the end of it because they went ahead and debit my account even after cancellation of the policy, I was warned before about these guys but because of their adverti*****t on TV I thought they were professional
