Unprofessional

On the 5th of April I was quoted R855 for my e hailing insurance. Come the last day of the month I get a debit order of R1900, I then spoke to a representative who advised me that I was correct and my premium should be R855 and I'm getting emails to say my premium of R1900 is correct. This has to be the worst experience I have received from an insurance company. I would never refer a family member or friends to this company.
