Unprofessional conduct

The worst warranty insurance provider by far. They are very quick to give best deals, but when you lodge a claim, like I did on 4 September, I'm still waiting and my car is at the dealership awaiting approval. Everytime you call them, a different story is given. You are the worst insurance company. Please close your doors, you are pathetic and so is your management. I am going to cancel my 3 policies I have with you due to unprofessional conduct and just a waste of my time.
