Unprofessional Behavior from Sales People

Two days ago i called to get a quote, guy by the name of Karabo quoted me. I said fine let me get other quotes.

So today the same agent calls to find out if i had recieved better deals. I tell him lets conclude the the deal. So i give him all my details as we were about to conclude i had to take another important call. So after my call i call the number which he called me from, a guy by the name of Tshepo picks us and tells me that the agent i had been speaking to was on lunch but they all work together and he can conclude the deal on his behalf. I said ok, since i wanted to finish with this process anyway. We continued and supp**** the rest of my details. I requested that the information about my policy be sent to me by email, eg: policy number, where must the inspection be done and by when, details about my access and premiums all be sent to my email address for my safe keeping. He said ok and i dropped the phone. Assuming everything is ok.

2 minutes later, the person i was speaking to initially calls me back and says let wrap up the deal, when i told him that someone else assisted me, he put the phone down and from what i heard it seemed like there were some aggressive verbal exchanges. When he got back on the phone i asked if everything was ok, if everything was in order with my policy, he said he couldnt help with that anymore since he did not process the deal.

So now i did not recieve the email I was promised with my access, additional driver access, premium, when to submit the tracker certificate, where to submit it, same for the vehicle inspection form. I dont even know if everything is ok with my policy the way things ended. This for me is very inprofessional behaviour. Very disappointing for a new customer.
