I was hounded from one of your employees from 26th January 2016 after I enquired from Hippo for quotes. On the morning of the 28th January 2016 I got a call from your company and the gentleman said he was from the discount department and he had good news for me, they were willing to discount the premium by R110.00<br> I agreed on the new premium, and he told me there is an admin fee of R360.00 how would I like to pay this, a once off or over 3 months, I agreed over 3 months. Guess what happened the premium came off yesterday at the wrong amount and the admin fee of R360.00. Not a very happy customer.
