Unhelpful contractors and no assistance

My vehicle was repaired by contractor (Fleet VIP) and since then my vehicle hasnt been running smoothly at all. I contacted VIP several times on Friday and today but NO response. As my insurer could you please advise the contractor that my vehicle (which has damage to the boot and bumper) now has no power and it is difficult to drive as it stalls and hisses. Please please assist.
