Unhappy customer

I was in an accident 2 weeks ago, where my car was written off by the fault of the other driver. Auto and general wrote off my car but refuses to pay me out, they offer all these services but look for loop holes in order to not pay the customer. We keep having this run around of trying to get this insurance to do WHAT IS REQUIRED of them but they choose to scan and rob people of their hard earned money. What is the point of having insurance when they are literally a headache themselves. Auto and general we are not happy with you and don't be surprised if you end up on cartblanche!
