unhappy client

i have submitted my claim in November 25 2021, they have fixed the third party car in December 2021 but my car is still the same its not being fixed even today. so today i decided to go to the panel beater and they told me that they are still waiting for my insurance to confirm my claim. whereby 2weeks back i called the insurance and they promised me that the panel beater will call me within the week even today im waiting for the call
