Auto & General is the worst insurance company ever. I've been with them for 3years had one claim Before and when they broke In at my shop on camera they declined my claim. After I gave them everything they needed Florence from telesure did the ivestication she was so unprofessional felt like I was the ******** not the client A&G NEVER CAME BACK TO ME AFTER I REQUESTED THE RECORDING AND PAPERWORK FOR MY CLAIM THAT WAS DECLINED OUR COMPANY TOOK A BIG KNOCK I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGIAN OR RELATED COMPANY'S TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
