Unhappiness about joking dents n scratches with auto n general

Good morning team. I have a situation with this insurance they are debiting the money whereas they haven't resolve my matter. Auto n General is a ******* to the poorest. I'm still waiting for them to resolve the matter as promised and the goes the debit again. Please help me I need all the money that I have contributed since they can't help me resolve my claim.
