Unfinished work

I'm still waiting on response I'm still in shock going through all this myself they are good to deduct money from us now we are in a satution they can't help us. I've use my Kar petrol money and go fetch someone who is not working helping me with the room and gutters boys had to be paid and I'm super scared for the husband wife he worked for no pay because when I bought the things the money wasn't enough I don't need money I need help fixing my things that's why I bought the policy and it landed me in trouble with the husband wife I'm super scared to pick up my phone. I still need to pay him where will I get the money the gutters is still lying on the floor the tree branches is on the property I couldn't get people to come fetch that here. But do I do I've got still 2 policy with them for my cars to be services and scratches and dent and tires which is still not finish I don't want to cancel the policy I've been trying my best I'm over 60 driving the people up and down fetch and buying some stuff it's to much
