Unfair premium increase

I have been with Auto & General Business insurance for many years and have never claimed. This year they try to spring a 20% premium on me. Inflation for the year was below 5 %, so I consider a 20% increase absurd and will not pay it. I advise everybody to check the percentage increase of your insurance Policys premiums , it should not be higher than inflation!!
