I had an insurance with Auto and general for only weeks which I dont need it any longer and I have spoken to a consultant who insisted it must be cancelled by a broker,,Why 3rd party on my acc?Should you go ahead and debit my account when I confirmed on recorded line that it should be cancelled you will be liable for any extra charges incurred on my bank account because will make sure I empty the account to avoid unauthorised debit .You have stipulated on the sms regarding the reversal I have done that am not covered, which am okay with it because I have opted for outsurance.So why do you still keep an active debit order.I need that mandate authorizing you to debit my account between you and BSure you need to sort your own ***** business.Please cancel that active debit order ASAP this is not about how you want to generate your income is about me as the consumer and is within my right if I say I dont want deals with you please take my instructions,this is my money that you are debiting not Bsure's nor their broker. I dont see a reason why I should get stuck with you if not happy with your service.You have clearly stipulated on the sms send after reversing your debit order that am no longer covered so why do still want to keep my banking details.This is violating consumer's rights by benefiting your company and not being considerate with impacting my credit record and financials,,when I disclosed my banking details to you was not for your advantage to do as you please it was for the contract I was undertaking and therefore neither you nor Bsure honoured it hence am walking away and it shouldn't be the problem.
