Uncapable Insurance

Policy nr *** Claim nr DE***- 30 October 2024 The Insurance told me that the car will be written off On 12 November 24 they told me the amount that will be paid to me when written off will be R43 600-00 and if I want to buy that car back the amount which will be paid to me is R23 553-75 with the car I need to send an email to Portia Sibiya to indicate that I want to buy the car and attach the registration document On 13 November 2024 Nokthulelo told me that I can collect the car at South Cape Body Works on the corner off PW Botha street and Ossi Urban road at Industrial in George On arrival at South Cape Body Works they told me that CMS Towing collected the car On arrival at CMS Towing they told me that they did not collect my car When I called the insurance call centre to my surprise they told me that they dont know where is my car

This is totally unacceptable
